We founded Il Coccio with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. Our store policies are detailed below;
Delivery Policy: We ship our products through an independent shipping service provider. Once you confirm on any order, you accept transferring your delivery information, contact and address details to our service provider. Once the item is available in stock, it will be shipped and delivered to you in maximum 5 days.
We wrap our fragile products with bubble wrap and store it safely in a carton box.
The customer should be reachable through the contact information provided for the order delivery. In case of failure in reaching the customer, the order will be cancelled and returned back to Il Coccio.
Return Policy: We would love to help you with any concerns you have. We urge you to inspect the item from any damages upon receiving it on the same day. Please contact us immediately to help you with the return process. We accept returning the item in its original condition. Make sure the item is sealed as delivered to avoid receiving a damaged item. We return the payment through the same mode of payment. You can return the item within 30 days of purchase in its original condition.
